What is the Carnivore Diet?

What is carnivore diet ?  The carnivore diet is a restrictive eating plan that involves consuming only animal-based foods, eliminating all plant-based foods from your diet. This means that followers of the diet eat meat, fish, eggs, and, in some cases, dairy products, while completely avoiding fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, and seeds. It is sometimes referred to as a "zero-carb" or "all-meat" diet because it excludes all carbohydrates, relying entirely on protein and fat as the primary sources of nutrition. In essence, the carnivore diet is an extreme version of a low-carb or ketogenic diet, where the goal is to shift the body into a state of ketosis. In ketosis, the body burns fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates, which is thought to promote weight loss, improved energy levels, and better mental clarity.
